Coconut Smoothie

Coconut Smoothie

 
1 T. canned coconut milk or coconut butter
1T. Coconut oil
1 T. flaxseed
1T. Ghee or Kerrygold pure Irish Butter (this is good even for people avoiding milk products because it is processed such that it can be tolerated)
1T. Hemp protein
1T. raw honey (or less, to taste)
pinch of himalayan salt
1T. chia seeds
Coconut water, enough to make this 1 cup
optional, 1 tsp. coco for variety
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  This smoothie gives you a great start to your day!
